17plus Terms and Conditions

1. Payment to be made in advance of the lesson
2. Payments by cash, cheque with valid guarantee card or 17Plus Gift Voucher (with relevant use by date).
3. You must give 48 hours notice of cancellation in the event of cancelling a booked lesson. Late cancellation will be charged at full rate.
4. Refunds will be given provided that your instructor has received 48hours notice of any lessons cancelled.
5. The pupil if requested, must provide proof via a student union card, that they are still in education to enable them to qualify for the reduced 17 Plus student tariff.
6. The pupil agrees that they are duly licensed to drive the tuition vehicle and have their license with them during all lessons.
7. Each pupil is expected to show respect to the tuition vehicle at all times, and also to the instructor. No form of violent or verbal abuse will be tolerated, and the instructor reserves the right to terminate any lesson without reimbursement should this occur.
8. in the event of mechanical breakdown or fault, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange the lesson to a time that is convenient to both parties.
9. The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the tuition car for any practical driving test. Should the instructor feel that the pupil is not of sufficient driving standard. No cost of test fee's can be claimed either from the driving instructor or 17 Plus.
10. Under no circumstances must a pupil present themselves for a lesson whilst under the influence of any alcohol or any illegal substances. including some proscribed drugs from their GP.
11. There is a no smoking policy within all our tuition vehicles.

The 17Plus Guarantee

• Your lesson will be conducted on a one-to-one basis
• Your lesson will be for the full amount agreed time booked with your instructor
• A qualified Instructor will conduct your lesson
• A modern clean car will be provided for your lesson
• A mock driving test will be conducted by 17Plus
• The instructor will provide regular progress reports
• 17 Plus will provide a tuition vehicle that is insured to cover any pupil and driving examiner
• The instructor will book your Driving test on receipt of payment
